Triathlon Training

$125 per month

Beginners and seasoned triathletes alike will benefit from this package! A customized program is specifically made to meet your needs and next race. This package includes:

  • Initial fitness assessment, with follow up quarterly assessments

  • Customized training schedule (four week blocks)

  • Weekly group strength training session

  • Weekly group speed work session

  • Weekly group swim session*

  • Bi-weekly webinars

  • Monthly trainings for group bike ride or open water swim

*Additional pool access fee may apply

Endurance Run Training

$75 per month

Whether you are trying to PR at your next marathon or just attempting your first 5K, this package is for you! This package includes:

  • Initial fitness assessment, with follow up quarterly assessments

  • Customized training schedule (four week blocks)

  • Weekly group strength training session

  • Weekly group speed work session

  • Bi-weekly webinars

Fitness Assessment A La Carte

$50 per session

The Fitness Assessment includes Tanita Scale measurements, 7-site skinfold test, anaerobic threshold test, strength and muscular imbalance assessment and trunk flexibility test. These assessments are a great tool to help you as you begin training with knowledge of where you are today and set a benchmark for future growth. You will be provided with a follow-up report.

Form Assessment

Initial Assessment $25

Re-Assessment $10

Analyze and improve form with video assessment and follow-up recommendations.

Drop-In Fee

Join any group workout for $10 per session or 8 sessions for $70.

Personal Coaching

$75 per session

$250 for 4 sessions

$675 for 10 session

We offer private coaching for those who want to sharpen their skills and need 1-on-1 attention. Each session is 60 minutes.
